Huai'an Binhe Xinyuan Resettlement Community Phase II Project in East China Region of Drawin Group was commended

Recently, the Huai'an Municipal People's Government and the Huai'an Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau released the "2020 First Batch of Municipal Construction Safety Production Standardized Civilized Construction Site Projects" and the "2019 Huai'an City Proposed List of High-quality Structural Projects". The Huai'an Binhe Xinyuan Resettlement Community Phase II project undertaken by Drawin Group in East China was awarded the "Huai'an Safe Production Standardization Civilized Construction Site" and the "Huai'an High-quality Structural Project".

The second phase of the Huai'an Binhe Xinyuan Resettlement Community Project is located in the Lianshui County Development Zone. There are 46 buildings in total. The project covers an area of 100,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 137,000 square meters. It is constructed using the EMPC model that Drawin Group has initiated and practiced in the industry. The project is a frame shear wall structure system with an assembly rate of 30%.

In the process of project construction, the project department strictly controls quality inspections, carries out standardized control in accordance with industry standards, and selects labor subcontracting teams to engage in construction operations, and actively learn from local benchmark projects. On the other hand, the project strictly implements the requirements for safe and civilized construction, and regularly conducts safe and civilized construction education for the team. At the same time, the cost input of safe and civilized construction was increased, and the environmental management, safety management, and dust control of the construction site were affirmed and praised by the government authorities.
