So far, the total production capacity of Panhua Group's new materials industry in Fuling New District has reached 10 million tons.

Panhua Group • Chongqing Panhua Plate Co., Ltd. invested 2.5 billion yuan in an intelligent high-strength fabricated construction steel production line with an annual output of 1.5 million tons. The construction was officially started in September 2020, with a designed annual output of 1.5 million tons of hot-rolled steel. The whole line uses carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, low-alloy structural steel and other special steel grades to produce high-strength fabricated I-beam, channel steel, angle steel, and other products. The new main factory building area of the project is about 30,000 square meters, the total weight of the workshop process operation equipment is 6,500 tons, and the installed capacity is 25,000KW. It is mainly equipped with a natural gas heating furnace, a hot-rolled section steel unit, two section steel cold processing lines such as cooling bed, straightening, sawing, and packaging, as well as auxiliary facilities such as power supply and water treatment.

Li Xinghua, Chairman of Chongqing New Materials Industry Association and Chairman of Panhua Group, introduced that The intelligent high-strength fabricated building steel project with an annual output of 1.5 million tons is one of the key projects for Panhua Group to further improve the functions of the upstream and downstream industrial chain of steel manufacturing, realize the vertical integration of the steel industry, build a 100 billion-level enterprise, and achieve the grand goal of the "king of the world's sheet metal". After reaching production capacity, it will further enrich Panhua's product structure and create a total industrial output value of 10 billion yuan, which will further enhance the core competitiveness of Panhua Group's products.
