Drawin Group's Zhoukou Green Building Science and Technology Park was awarded as the Henan Prefabricated Building Demonstration Base

On December 21, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province announced the third batch of Henan Provincial Prefabricated Building Demonstration Zones and Industrial Bases. Drawin Group Zhoukou Green Building Science and Technology Park, with its leading advantages in construction technology, equipment technology, assembly technology, information technology, and material research and development, has successfully been awarded the Henan Province Prefabricated Building Demonstration Base.

Zhoukou Green Building Technology Park is a key investment promotion project in Chuanhui District, Zhoukou City in 2020, a dual key project in Henan Province and Zhoukou City, and an important link for Drawin Group to accelerate the deployment of the prefabricated construction industry in Henan Province. The Science and Technology Park is located at Nüwa Road, Chuanhui District, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. It covers an area of about 135 acres and has a total investment of about 300 million yuan. It mainly produces PC green building components. The self-built workshop in the park covers an area of about 22,000 square meters, covering one intelligent integrated double-circulation assembly line and one intelligent double-circulation laminated board assembly line, 2 long-line fixed formwork production lines, 1 steel bar processing line, and 2 concrete production lines. The designed annual output of PC green building components is 250,000 m³.

Zhoukou Green Building Technology Park renderings

Construction of the Science and Technology Park started in March 2020, and was completed and put into production on July 26. It achieved the completion, construction, and production in the same year, setting the most efficient investment project in Zhoukou City. Since it was put into operation, the Science and Technology Park has actively explored the market, with advanced production management mode and high-quality product quality, serving Zhoukou Jianye Shanshuihu City, Luohe Luming Summer Palace, Luohe Shuanghui Talent Apartment and other projects.

Up to now, Drawin Group has deployed green building technology parks in 22 provinces and 45 cities across the country. It has deployed seven green building technology parks in Jiaozuo, Dengfeng, Zhoukou, Zhumadian, Luoyang, Shangqiu and other places in Henan Province. Prior to this, Jiaozuo Green Building Science and Technology Park has been approved as the "Prefabricated Construction Industry Base of Henan Province".
