On January 7th, Nanjing Land Market Network released the 2021 Jiangning New District Land Sale Announcement No. 1 and listed 2 pure residential plots in Jiangbei New District. The new district G01 plot is located in Liuhe Dachang and the new district G02 plot is located in the core area of Jiangbei. . The total land area is 4.26 hectares, and the starting price is 1.606 billion yuan. The two parcels will be auctioned online at 10 am on February 5.



New District G01 plot (Plot 09-26, Shanpan Street, Jiangbei New District) extends east to the status quo, south to Jingqi Road, west to Shanpan 3rd Road, and north to Shanpan 4th Road, with a transfer area of 17,394.57 square meters. The plot of land shall be sold according to the method of "limited house price and competitive land price", and the average sales price of ordinary commercial residential (rough) built shall not exceed 19420 yuan/square meter (the decoration price shall be determined separately). The highest selling unit price shall not exceed 110% of the average selling price (the decoration price shall be determined separately).


The other is the new area G02 plot (east of Xinpu Road, Jiangbei New District, south of Wanshou Road (NJJBd030-17-08-01) plot) east to the planned road. A public switch station must be built in the new area G02, with a building area of not less than 120 square meters (not included in the area of floor area ratio), an external dimension of 14 meters * 8.5 meters, and a net height of not less than 3.6 meters. The switch station is constructed by the winner, and will be handed over to the Jiangbei New Area Power Supply Branch for unified management, operation and maintenance after the construction is completed.
