On November 30, Drawin Group and Changjian Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties established and developed a long-term strategic cooperative relationship based on the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation.

According to the agreement, the two parties intend to carry out all-round cooperation in project design, general construction contracting, PC component supply, decoration, landscape gardening, and park facilities. In the area where the two parties intend to cooperate, under the same conditions, Changjian Group gives priority to providing Drawin Group with a certain scale and stable growth of business volume. Drawin Group prioritizes the investment of outstanding project management personnel, labor teams, machinery and equipment, capital, technology research and development and other resources into Changjian Group projects.
