On December 26, 2020 China Real Estate Industry Chain Strategic Innovation Summit and Annual Ceremony was held in Shanghai City. This summit was hosted by the Quanlian Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, with the theme of "Focus on Internal Circulation, Improve Endogenous Force". A total of more than 800 guests from the top 100 real estate companies in charge of elite representatives, member units and outstanding suppliers in various fields of the industrial chain attended the meeting.

The Changsha Greenland Intercity Space Station project undertaken by the Central China Headquarters of Drawin Group won the "National New Building Industrialization Innovation Demonstration Project".

The Changsha Greenland Intercity Space Station project is an urban commercial complex meticulously built by Greenland Group in the Changsha High-speed Rail New City. Drawin Group generally contracted the E12 block 1 bid project, with 7 buildings and a total construction area of about 180,000 square meters. The project is built using the EMPC model initiated and practiced by Drawin Group in the industry. It is an assembling integral shear wall structure system with a maximum of 43 floors on the ground. With a height of over 130 meters and an assembly rate of 50.3%, it is the country's first super high-rise prefabricated concrete structure residence over 130 meters. The project has previously been awarded the “Thirteenth Five-Year” National Key R&D Program Green Building and Building Industrialization Key Special Demonstration Project, Hunan Provincial Construction Industry New Technology Application Demonstration Project Creation Project, Hunan Province Safety Production Standardization Annual Excellent Construction Site and other honors.

The "2020 China Real Estate Industry Chain Strategic Integrity Supplier Research Report" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") was also released at the meeting. The "Report" selects supply chain companies from seven perspectives: brand awareness, comprehensive strength, core competitiveness, research and development strength, product quality, strategic cooperation volume, and service capabilities. Drawin Group ranked third in the general contracting category of prefabricated construction EPC projects and fourth in the PC structure category.

The meeting also announced the selection results of Social Responsible Enterprises and Person of the Year in China's Real Estate Industry Chain. Drawin Group President Guo Weiqiang won the "Man of the Year" and Vice President Jiang Bingsheng won the "Outstanding Manager of the Year".
