Liuzhou City Vocational College Digital (BIM) Prefabricated Construction Industry College was established in June 2020. In September, we welcomed the first batch of students majoring in construction engineering technology (prefabricated construction), focusing on the cultivation of talents in the field of building information modeling technology (BIM) and prefabricated construction practical operation technology. After half a year of construction and development, the College of Industry has become Liuzhou's first higher vocational college digitalization (BIM) prefabricated construction talent training practice base. In addition to meeting the operational skills training required for cultivating talents, the base also actively benchmarks the "1+X" vocational skill level content of the Ministry of Education. At present, it has reached the "1+X prefabricated building component production and installation" occupational skill level construction standard, and has the qualification of the Ministry of Education "Building Information Model Technology (BIM)" pilot. The competition items of "Prefabricated Building Construction Technology" and "Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology" are set up for key post technologies of prefabricated buildings, attracting nearly a hundred contestants from the city's prefabricated buildings covering construction design, production and construction enterprises. After the first skill competition, a good platform for skill exchange in the field of prefabricated construction in Liuzhou was built, and at the same time, it promoted the improvement of the quality of talent training for industry enterprises and promoted the construction and development of industrial quality.
