Construction of the largest prefabricated building industrial park in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province started

Recently, Nanjing Chengjian fangqiao Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park, the largest prefabricated building component production base in Nanjing with a total investment of 420 million yuan, started construction in Maji Industrial Park, Ma'an Street, Liuhe District. The first phase of the project will be put into operation in May 2021 and will be fully completed in 2022. This is also the first landing project of the Nanjing Urban Construction Group to implement the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Unite Ten Thousand Villages, Take the Road of Rejuvenation".

The building components and accessories that are processed in the factory, such as floor slabs, wall panels, stairs, balconies, etc., are transported to the construction site, and assembled and installed on site through reliable connections. Such buildings are called "fabricated buildings". This way of building houses is also vividly called "building blocks."

According to Zhang Zhipeng, general manager of Nanjing Chengjian Fangqiao Construction Technology Co., Ltd., the advantages of prefabricated buildings are fast construction speed, less restricted by climatic conditions, labor saving and improved construction quality. According to the "Notice on Further Promoting the Implementation of Prefabricated Building Development" issued by Nanjing City in 2017, by 2020, the city's prefabricated buildings will account for more than 30% of new buildings, and the proportion of finished residential buildings will reach more than 50%.

Facing the massive market demand and the current uneven production quality of building components, combined with enterprise-village joint construction, in July this year, Nanjing Urban Construction Group signed an urban construction house bridge prefabricated construction industrial park project agreement with Jianshan Village, Ma'an Street. And jointly developed and constructed the China Railway 14th Bureau Group Fangqiao Co., Ltd., which has the first prefabricated building research and development center.

The Nanjing City Jianfang Bridge Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park, covering an area of approximately 106,000 square meters, is positioned for the R&D, production and sales of concrete components in the fields of municipal, highway, railway, construction and other engineering construction. The annual production capacity is about 180,000 cubic meters (concrete). It mainly produces 5 products: PC components, pipe segments, integrated pipe corridors, ALC lightweight partition walls, and municipal components.

"The industrial park will be built into a production base for the entire industrial chain integrating design, R&D, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance, and will provide Nanjing and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River with an assembly-type full product system that runs through the entire industrial chain and the entire life cycle." Li Jiangxin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal Urban Construction Group, said that after the project is fully completed, it will effectively promote the economic development of Ma'an Street and Jianshan Village, and help rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization. At the same time, it will further promote the transformation and upgrading of the production mode of the construction industry in Luhe District and even Nanjing, and play a positive role in improving the quality of the city's environment, promoting the reduction of construction waste, and achieving green production. The project will also increase scientific and technological support and technology research and development, promote industrial upgrading with intelligent manufacturing, improve the automation and intelligent level of production, and set a new benchmark for the production of new green building materials.
