The industrialization base of steel structure prefabricated building in Lingang Economic Zone, Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province was put into operation

Recently, a 100-meter-long production line has been successfully debugged and put into production in the steel structure prefabricated building industrialization base plant of Wuzhou Lingang Economic Zone. It is reported that this base is the largest steel structure fabricated building production base in Wuzhou City. It fills the current gap of new materials and new technology for fabricated buildings in Wuzhou City, and provides a strong impetus for the transformation and upgrading of Wuzhou's construction industry.

It is understood that this base is the first green steel structure prefabricated building industrialization base that integrates steel structure production, design and construction after Wuzhou is listed as an autonomous region-level steel structure prefabricated residential pilot city. The base started construction in March this year and has now been put into production. After reaching full capacity, it can produce 30,000 tons of steel pipe bundle components, 20,000 tons of traditional steel components, and 1 million square meters of reinforced truss floor decks. It can meet the supporting facilities of the steel structure prefabricated residential project of 600,000 square meters, and achieve an output value of about 1.2 billion yuan. It has the advantages of modern production methods such as standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, integrated decoration, and information management.

The relevant person in charge of the Management Committee of Wuzhou Lingang Economic Zone introduced that the commissioning of the base not only meets the needs of citizens for improving the quality of housing, but also plays a good role in cultivating and developing a group of industries and enterprises with high industrial relevance and strong driving ability in Wuzhou City, further accelerating the development of industrial clusters in the park. In the next step, the staff of the park will continue to implement the requirements of the municipal party committee on "industry and work style" and actively cooperate with enterprises.
