Jingxiong Intercity: The design and construction of a fully assembled structure is realized for the first time

For the first time, Jingxiong Intercity has realized the design and construction of a fully assembled structure from foundations, piers, bridges to deck systems in the railway field, forming a complete set of design technology and construction quality acceptance standards.

This prefabricated integrated bridge construction technology is vividly called "building high-speed rail like building blocks." The pile foundation, pier body, pier cap, box girder and bridge deck protective wall, cable trough, etc. of the bridge project are all professionally designed in the factory, prefabricated in sections, and then transported to the site to be assembled.

This technology is a major breakthrough in the traditional way of railway bridge construction, and requires extremely high technical precision. Hundreds of tons of concrete piers are prefabricated, and the positioning error of the steel bars is controlled within 2 mm, just like threading a needle. The scientific research team independently developed 12 sets of tooling equipment to ensure accurate alignment.
