The Danqingyuan project in South China of Drawin Group was awarded as "Foshan Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project"

On December 12, the "Guiding Opinions on Prefabricated Buildings in Foshan" conference and the green building smart interconnection summit forum "Vanke Sky City in Foshan" project was held. This event was organized by Foshan Prefabricated Building Association and Guangdong Construction Engineering Green and Prefabricated Development Association, and jointly undertaken by Drawin Group South China Regional Company, Foshan Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., and China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. It aims to explore the aspects of industrialized construction + optional decoration + fully independent home furnishings, and promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Foshan City, Guangdong Province.

At the awarding ceremony of "Foshan Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project" held on site, the Danqingyuan project in Nanhai District, undertaken by Drawin Group in the southern region of China, was rated as "Foshan Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project" by Foshan Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau.

The Danqingyuan project has a planned land area of 36,000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters. It is the first public construction project in Foshan City to use prefabricated buildings, with an assembly rate of 54%. During the project construction period, it was awarded the green construction site for two consecutive years. .
