Huaihua Broad Group: The first private enterprise project prefabricated component starting and hoisting

On the morning of December 8, as two trucks loaded with laminated floor slabs slowly drove into the factory area, the first private enterprise project undertaken by Huaihua Broad Construction Industry Co., Ltd. in Hecheng District——New Century City North Kindergarten Project in Xupu County began to enter the component starting and hoisting stage.

It is understood that the planned land area of the New Century City North Kindergarten Project in Xupu County is 6,660 square meters, with a total construction area of 8,360 square meters and a total investment of 50 million yuan. This project is the first prefabricated PC project in Xupu County and the first prefabricated construction project used by a private enterprise in Huaihua City. The main structure of the project adopts steel beams and steel columns, and the PC components have laminated floors and prefabricated stairs. The assembly rate is over 80%. Huaihua Broad Construction Company is responsible for providing PC components and industrialized technical support services.

According to the relevant person in charge of Huaihua Broad Company, in the past, because everyone was not familiar with prefabricated buildings, they believed that compared with traditional construction, prefabricated buildings were expensive and uneconomical. In fact, Huaihua Broad Company has established a modular standard system of prefabricated components by using standardized means, and the cost is not much different from traditional construction methods. Compared with the traditional construction industry, prefabricated buildings save labor, water, materials, and land, achieve "four sections and one environmental protection", and reduce PM2.5 emissions in the traditional construction industry, making it greener and more environmentally friendly. Huaihua Broad will take advantage of the construction opportunity of the New Century City North Kindergarten project to open up the private enterprise project market and contribute to the development of prefabricated buildings in Huaihua City.
