Drawin Group Foshan Green Building Science and Technology Park was awarded the Guangdong Prefabricated Building Industry Base

On December 7, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province announced the evaluation results of the third batch of prefabricated building demonstration cities (counties, districts), industrial bases and demonstration projects in Guangdong Province. Drawin Group Foshan Green Building Science and Technology Park (hereinafter referred to as "Foshan Factory") was rated as the industrial base of prefabricated buildings (parts and parts production) in Guangdong Province.

The Foshan factory is located at Heshun Garden Avenue, Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. The first phase of the project covers an area of 123 mu with a building area of 47,000 square meters. There are 4 production lines to provide the production of PC components, integrated pipe gallery and other parts in the industry chain. At this stage, the factory has a daily production capacity of 180-200m³. Since its commissioning in 2018, it has provided components for production in Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen and other markets with 110,000m³.

As the first batch of prefabricated construction factories in Foshan's territory, the Foshan factory has formed a business model covering planning and design, component production, logistics distribution, and technical services. It is the first training and learning base for prefabricated construction experts in Foshan City, and was approved to establish an engineering technology research center in Nanhai District, Foshan City. Relying on excellent product quality and high-quality corporate services, the Foshan plant has been the annual centralized procurement partner of Foshan Vanke and Zhongshan Vanke since it was put into production. It has received pennant awards from many customers such as the Golden Mileage Project of China Construction Fourth Bureau, the Sky City Project, and the Guangdong Yidexing Times People and Projects, and has been well received by the market and customers.

The person in charge of the Foshan factory said that in the future, the Foshan factory will continue to promote the development and production of prefabricated buildings, actively explore the application of cutting-edge technologies in prefabricated buildings, and play a leading role to help the development of the prefabricated building industry in the Greater Bay Area.
