Prefabricated Construction Industry Professional Committee of Jinan City, Shandong Province was established

After months of intense preparations, on December 19, the Jinan Green Building Association Prefabricated Construction Industry Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "special committee") was formally established. The reporter saw at the inaugural meeting that more than 100 enterprise representatives from the entire industry chain including assembly-type parts production, survey and design, real estate development, and new energy gathered together to witness the birth of the assembly-type industry enterprise "home".

At 9 o'clock in the morning, with everyone's expectations, the conference officially began. After listening to the preliminary work report of the preparatory group of the special committee, the participants voted for the first chairman, deputy chairman and secretary-general. Subsequently, the relevant persons in charge of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Development Service Center and the Municipal Green Building Association and the newly elected chairman of the special committee jointly unveiled the prefabricated construction industry professional committee of the Jinan Green Building Association.

The reporter learned from the meeting that the establishment of this special committee was jointly initiated by 5 companies including the First Construction Co., Ltd., Tongyuan Design Group Co., Ltd., and Jinan Fourth Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. During the preparatory period, the preparatory group arranged special personnel to collect a large amount of information and learned the advanced experience of relevant specialized committees in other cities. So far, 53 prefabricated construction companies have joined the conference.

“In recent years, under the correct leadership of the municipal housing and urban-rural construction department, the prefabricated construction industry in Jinan has developed rapidly. The establishment of this special committee has given us companies engaged in prefabricated construction a "home". Next, we must cooperate with the competent department, play the role of a think tank, and be a good man.” The newly-elected chairman Liu Ming said in an interview with reporters that the establishment of the special committee has built a new platform for industry discussion, exchange and improvement. In the future, we will use this platform to learn from each other, make progress together, and achieve a win-win situation with all members, and jointly promote the high-quality development of Jinan's prefabricated construction industry and related enterprises in the prefabricated construction industry chain.

“The promotion of prefabricated buildings in Jinan has been at the forefront of the country for many years. Some time ago, we led the establishment of the Green Prefabricated Building Cities Alliance in the Yellow River Basin, which created a platform for comprehensive docking and linkage development for 17 cities along the Yellow River. The establishment of this special committee is a platform for enterprises. It is hoped that all member units will strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation, strengthen publicity and technology research and development, and develop the whole industry chain through the platform of the special committee, so as to inject new vitality and vitality into the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in Jinan.” The person in charge of the City Urban and Rural Construction Development Service Center said that the next step will rely on the special committee to carry out a series of activities.
