The first prefabricated smart energy station for cooling and heating of Hebei was officially put into operation

A few days ago, Hebei Province’s first cooling and heating project implemented in the mode of prefabricated smart energy stations was officially put into use in Ningjin County, Xingtai City.

The prefabricated smart energy station model adopted by the project was jointly developed by State Grid Hebei Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. and Hebei Academy of Building Research. This mode replaces traditional energy consumption with electric energy, and transforms the traditional central air-conditioning system into a fully variable frequency air source heat pump by assembling hydraulic modules + air source heat pump chillers. It is not only environmentally friendly and energy-saving, but also upgrades the traditional central air-conditioning cold and heat source station, which originally took 45 days of construction to function, to an assembled smart energy station that can be completed in 21 days, saving more than 50% of the construction time.

The prefabricated smart energy station mode integrates smart control equipment in a closed unit. The pipelines in the unit are all made of galvanized pipes and copper materials. After strict testing of core components, the performance of the whole machine is excellent and reliable and the service life of the equipment can be increased by more than 40%. This mode not only occupies a small area, saves materials, and is environmentally friendly, but also uses the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and mobile Internet technology applications to achieve automatic seasonal switching of cooling and heating equipment without reducing the sensory experience, the functions of real-time adjustment of energy and temperature supply, full-process monitoring of the operation process, and remote evaluation of performance data have the characteristics of cost reduction, simple maintenance, and safety and intelligence. 

State Grid Hebei Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. will gradually promote this model to the entire province of Hebei to promote the application of clean energy in the fields of building construction, serving people's livelihood, and pollution prevention.
