"PC curtain wall fabricated high-rise steel structure building" unveiled in Fuyang City, Anhui Province

Recently, all the monomers of the "Fuyang Baolong Resettlement Area" project undertaken by Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure Co., Ltd. have been successfully capped and have entered the stage of interior decoration one after another. The project adopts the prefabricated steel structure building form and is the prefabricated demonstration project of Anhui Province in 2019. The successful implementation of the demonstration project has formed many excellent experiences and achievements.

The project adopts a new construction form of "PC curtain wall fabricated high-rise steel structure". The main building adopts steel components, and the floor, stairs and air conditioning panels adopt precast concrete (PC) components. The outer wall adopts prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation composite wall panels (PC curtain wall for short), and all prefabricated components are assembled on site to form a building.

The biggest highlight of the residential project in "Fuyang Baolong Resettlement Area" is the use of PC curtain walls as the building's enclosure system. It is reported that the PC curtain wall is a product independently developed, designed and manufactured by Fuhuang Steel Structure. The product is composed of inner and outer leaf concrete and sandwich insulation board, which has the properties of light weight, high strength, energy saving and heat preservation. The PC curtain wall is connected to the steel beams through specially designed connectors and hung on the outside of the steel beams. The entire facade is flat and atmospheric, with excellent artistic effects. In addition, a series of measures such as pre-embedded water-stop tapes on the PC curtain wall, installation of tongues and grooves, and sealant filling have improved the waterproof performance of the building, making the building not only fast to build, but also of reliable quality, which can meet the needs of users.

The person in charge introduced that this project is the first steel structure residential project using PC curtain walls in Anhui Province. The successful implementation of this project is of great significance to the promotion and development of prefabricated technology.
