Chuzhou City, Anhui Province actively promotes the development of prefabricated buildings

From January to November, Chuzhou City completed a total of 2.57 million square meters of prefabricated buildings, an increase of 35.3% over the same period last year, accounting for 18% of new buildings.

Improve the organizational mechanism and strengthen the top-level design. Policies such as the "Chuzhou City Vigorously Promoting the Implementation Plan for Prefabricated Buildings" and the "Chuzhou City's Three-year Action Plan for Cultivating and Growing Construction Enterprises (2020-2022)" were issued. Supports and guarantees are provided in six aspects, including fund rewards, land supply, and tax concessions. Up to now, the city has cultivated 9 production bases for prefabricated construction parts, including one national prefabricated industrial base, one provincial prefabricated industrial base, and one modern demonstration base for the provincial construction industry.

Clear goals and tasks, and focus on helping and nurturing. Incorporate the prefabricated building promotion work into the government's annual target assessment, and establish a monthly notification, quarterly analysis, and half-year supervision system to ensure that the task is fully completed. Actively help local leading enterprises in the construction industry to create a prefabricated construction industry base, actively build bridges for cooperation between prefabricated construction companies and local companies, and provide a full range of services for foreign companies to invest and build prefabricated construction bases in the city. Up to now, the city has built and is under construction 9 prefabricated construction parts production bases, including 4 PC structure prefabricated construction bases, with a current production capacity of 800,000 cubic meters per year. There are 5 steel structure prefabricated construction bases with a current production capacity of 150,000 tons/year, and the industrial supporting capacity will reach 6 million square meters/year after all are put into production.

Strengthen supervision and management and give play to demonstration and guidance. Consolidate the main responsibilities of construction, design, construction, supervision, and production units, and make specific provisions for the quality and safety control of the construction process and project acceptance. Intensify supervision and inspection, adhere to the itinerant inspection system, and investigate and deal with violations of all parties involved in the construction of prefabricated construction projects. Vigorously carry out pilot demonstration work to improve the quality management level of prefabricated buildings. Up to now, 16 projects have been selected as city-level demonstration projects with a construction area of 2.2 million square meters; 8 provincial-level prefabricated construction demonstration projects with a construction area of 2.74 million square meters; a total of more than 17.12 million yuan has been allocated for awards.
