Special training meeting on prefabricated buildings and green buildings in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province was held

In order to further promote the development of Ganzhou prefabricated buildings and green buildings, on December 11, Ganzhou Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau organized a city-wide prefabricated building and green building special training meeting. Xiao Feng, member of the bureau’s party group and deputy director, attended the training meeting and gave a speech. More than 110 people in charge of the leaders and relevant business leaders of the county (city, district) housing and construction bureaus, City, county (city, district) urban investment or construction investment, development investment, travel investment companies, some project leaders, some architectural design, supervision, and construction unit leaders, and responsible comrades of relevant departments and units of the bureau attended the training meeting.

The training session deeply studied and interpreted the "Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Ganzhou City on Further Promoting the Development of Prefabricated Buildings", and notified the city's double random inspection of building energy efficiency and green buildings in 2020. Fu Jiangping and Zeng Sizhi, members of the provincial prefabricated construction expert database, respectively conducted special training on the assembly rate standards, calculation principles, basic design procedures of prefabricated concrete buildings, as well as the construction of prefabricated PC structures, and the implementation solutions for prefabricated building projects.

Deputy Director Xiao Feng briefly reviewed the development process and main results of Ganzhou prefabricated buildings, objectively analyzed the difficulties and existing problems in the work, and put forward specific requirements for the next step in combination with the current situation and tasks.

The meeting pointed out that the development of prefabricated buildings has been included in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and the high-quality development goals of the provincial construction industry, and has been included in the province and city's high-quality development assessment. It is imperative to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.

Meeting requirements: First, we must play a leading role. Report work to the local party committee and government in a timely manner and strive for support; the second is to strengthen publicity and form a consensus. Government investment projects should take the lead in implementing and doing a good job of demonstration, and at the same time cultivate a number of real estate development projects; the third is to strengthen coordination and promote each other. It is necessary to strengthen industry coordination, especially in implementing standards, preparing standard atlases, strengthening quality supervision, and training technical personnel to jointly promote the development of prefabricated buildings; fourth, we must give full play to the role of market players. The prefabricated construction industry base must increase technical research and R&D investment, actively expand the market, and control product quality.
