Ding’an New Century Prefabricated Construction Industry Base Project Speeds Up in Hainan Province

On December 3, the reporter learned from the Ding'an New Century Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base Project. At present, the project is accelerating. The construction of the foundation backfilling of the plant, the backfilling of the storage yard and the surrounding backfill of the plant have been completed, and the total construction progress of the main structure of the plant has been completed 80%.

It is reported that the new century prefabricated construction industry base project is one of the fifth batch of concentrated construction projects in the Hainan Free Trade Pilot Zone, covering an area of about 442.76 acres and building 12 PC concrete component production lines. The construction is planned to be completed in two phases. It is planned to build a factory building, a finished product display area, a parts and components display area, an office area and living supporting facilities.

The first phase of the project is expected to invest 460 million yuan, with a construction area of approximately 121,200 square meters. Among them, 1#PC production workshop is 42,900 square meters, and the annual output of PC components is 300,000 cubic meters. It is equipped with 7 production lines, including two wall panel production lines, two laminated board production lines, two fixed mold table production lines, steel bar processing production lines, mold processing and mixing station production lines. After the project is completed and put into production, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 1.8 billion yuan, and the annual tax will reach 260 million yuan.

The reporter saw at the construction site on the 3rd that more than 10 workers were performing the final installation of the main roof floor of the plant. Not far away, machines such as excavators, bulldozers, and concrete mixers roared, and the scene was full of enthusiasm.

According to the relevant person in charge of the project, the construction of backfilling the foundation of the plant, the storage yard and the backfilling around the plant have been completed. The total construction progress of the main structure of the plant has been completed 80%, and the construction progress of the permanent wall of the project has been completed to 90%. In addition, the construction of the mechanical and electrical installation of the project plant, the equipment foundation of the production line, the storage yard, the boiler room, the internal roads and the outdoor pipe network are also progressing steadily.
