Accelerate industrial layout | Luoyang Green Building Science and Technology Park land of Drwin Group bid successfully

On the afternoon of November 25, the Henan headquarters area of Drawin Group successfully bid for the right to use the Ruyang Government (2020) No. 11 plot, which covers an area of 308 acres, and will build the Luoyang Green Building Technology Park. This is Drawin Group's fifth green building technology park in Henan Province. After completion, it will further strengthen the production capacity layout in the Henan headquarters area.

The total planned investment of the Luoyang Green Building Technology Park project is 1.5 billion yuan, and the planned total construction area is 138,800 square meters. There are eight production lines in the prefabricated PC workshop: four fully automatic production lines, one steel bar processing line, three long mold table assembly lines, supporting concrete laboratory, logistics warehouse, and double 120 mixing station. The estimated production capacity after the project is completed: 300,000 m³/year of prefabricated components (gradual production in phases), 1 million m³/year of commercial concrete, and 1 million tons/year of deep processing of sand and gravel, which are expected to drive more than 600 jobs.

So far, Drawin Group has deployed green building technology parks in 45 cities in 22 provinces across the country, among which five green building technology parks in Jiaozuo, Zhoukou, Dengfeng, Zhumadian and Luoyang have been deployed in Henan Province. As an important carrier of Jianye’s “Home-Smart Manufacturing” strategy, Drawin Group will actively undertake the mission of upgrading product quality by leveraging the advantages of the entire industry chain and technological research and development. So as to achieve lower cost, higher efficiency and better quality of construction products, and promote the development of Henan's new urbanization and assembly construction industry.
