Hebei Construction won the bid for the first prefabricated building project in Baoding City

On November 18th, Hebei Construction won the bid for the affordable housing (Phase II) project of Baoding Anyuejiayuan Community, which is another prefabricated project won by the group. This is also the first steel structure prefabricated residential complex in Baoding City and the second in Hebei Province.

The project consists of five residential buildings and three auxiliary buildings, with a total construction area of 64974.69 square meters. The underground is a reinforced concrete structure, and the ground is a fabricated steel structure. The maximum building height is 99 meters, the project design assembly rate is 66%, and the prefabricated building evaluation standard is Class A. As a natural prefabricated building, the steel structure has better seismic performance, more flexible structural forms and maintenance forms, and at the same time the material recycling rate is extremely high, which is consistent with the development of prefabricated building concepts vigorously advocated by the country.

In recent years, Hebei Construction has developed and promoted prefabricated buildings based on the "National Prefabricated Building Industry Base" that has been obtained. It has successively obtained nearly 20 utility model patents such as a steel structure fabricated building insulation exterior wall panel, a fabricated structural wall top internal corner reinforcement device, and a bottom mold detachable steel truss floor deck. It also undertook more than 30 prefabricated construction projects, including the domestic cargo terminal project of the cargo facility project of the sixth section of the China Southern Airlines base in Beijing New Airport, and the second-class residential land project of Hanzhuang Village, Jinhaihu Township, Pinggu District, Beijing. It has accumulated rich performance and experience in the field of prefabricated building construction.

It is understood that in order to promote the continuous upgrading of the construction industry structure and the modernization of the housing industry, Hebei Construction has invested in the construction of the Hebei Green Building Industrial Park in Baoding. The project has a total investment of over 1 billion yuan and a total area of 330 acres. It will be constructed in two phases. The first phase was completed and put into operation in 2015, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of steel structural components.

At present, the second phase of the project has also started construction, in which the steel structure workshop is mainly for the production of heavy steel structure components, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. The project is expected to be completed and put into production in 2022. By then, the annual sales revenue of the entire park will reach 1.3 billion yuan. The park is about 50 kilometers away from Xiongan New Area, with convenient transportation and huge market potential. With the vigorous advancement of national prefabricated buildings in Xiongan New Area, it will surely bring new development opportunities and broad development space to the park.
