On November 18, Drawin Group and Jinke Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the headquarters of Chongqing Jinke Group. The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in smart building research and development, general contracting of prefabricated construction projects, PC component supply, industry + real estate development and other fields. Huang Hongyun, chairman of the board of Jinke Holdings and the actual controller of Jinke shares, Yu Linqiang, president, Huang Zhongqiang, vice president, Tao Jian, assistant to the president and general manager of the bidding procurement center, and Tao Juntao, assistant president of Drawin Group, attended the signing ceremony.

Chairman Huang Hongyun said that Drawin Group is one of the earliest enterprises in China to develop prefabricated construction. As a service provider of integrated solutions for smart buildings, the technology accumulation and business exploration in the entire industrial chain of prefabricated buildings and the industrial layout of 22 provinces and 45 cities across the country are highly compatible with Jinke Group's regional strategic layout of "three circles and one belt". It is hoped that the two parties will explore ways of industrial synergy through this strategic contract and achieve a win-win cooperation.

Chairman Liu stated that Jinke Group is one of the “Top 10 Real Estate Brand Values in China”. Its business covers 23 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country. It is an industrial path of four-in-one coordinated development of related diversified industries such as people's livelihood real estate development, technology industry investment and operation, life services, cultural tourism and health care. There are many points of cooperation with Drawin Group's full-industry chain business under the "Home Smart Manufacturing" strategy. It is expected that the two parties will strengthen communication and exchanges in the context of strategic cooperation, and jointly contribute to China's new urbanization and construction industry modernization.

Information shows that in this strategic cooperation, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages and explore cooperation paths for the "industry +" development model, green building technology park cooperation expansion and operation, and prefabricated building products and service supply. And set up a corresponding joint working group to promote the implementation of the project.
