On December 1, Guangzhou sold two plots in Liwan and Baiyun Districts, with a total starting price of 2.518 billion yuan and a total transaction price of 3.018 billion yuan. One of the homes was acquired by Guangzhou Xingzhi South China Investment and Development Co., Ltd. for 2.434 billion yuan, with a premium rate of about 26%. According to the information from Tianyan, the company is a wholly-owned holding company of Shenzhen Galaxy Real Estate Group.

It is reported that the land acquired by Guangzhou Xingzhi South China Investment Development Co., Ltd. is the Jinqiao land in Liwan District (AF010136 land), which is located on the northwest side of Fangcun Avenue and connected to the Pearl River in the north. It is a second-class residential land. The parcel area is 60,200 square meters, and the built-up area does not exceed 72,400 square meters. The starting price is 1.934 billion yuan, and the maximum land price is 2.804 billion yuan. According to the requirements, every person who wins the parcel must adopt a prefabricated construction method, and the implementation area ratio shall not be less than 70% of the total construction area of the plot.

On the same day, another plot of land was transferred to Baiyun New City, Baiyun District, AB2907033. The land was used for commercial and commercial facilities. The parcel area is about 19,700 square meters, the capacity building area does not exceed 41071 square meters, and the starting price is 584 million yuan. In the end, the land was picked up by Guangzhou Huajian Investment Co., Ltd. at the reserve price.

The transfer documents show that the above-mentioned Baiyun New City AB2907033 plot must be built as a South China regional headquarters integrating a procurement center, an operation center and a settlement center. After the project is completed, the self-owned property of the bidder shall not be less than 50% of the total construction area calculated by the project's plot ratio, and the self-owned property shall not be divided.
