It is reported that this year Longhua District has thoroughly implemented the national, provincial, and municipal requirements for accelerating the advancement of prefabricated buildings. Promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in Longhua District through measures such as annual plans, system guarantees, financial incentives, policy promotion, strengthened supervision, and publicity and training. Up to now, the total area of prefabricated construction projects in Longhua District has accounted for more than 30% of the newly built building area, and a total of 66 prefabricated construction projects should be implemented. The cumulative area of prefabricated buildings that should be implemented increased from 360,000 square meters (2018) to 6.11 million square meters, an increase of nearly 17 times within two years, and the overall trend is high.
