Huaihua City Prefabricated Building Industry Chain Intelligent Construction Platform Training Conference Held

In order to improve the professional development level of prefabricated buildings in Huaihua City, on the morning of November 26, Huaihua City Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau held a city-wide prefabricated building industry chain intelligent construction platform training meeting.

Lu Anzhi, deputy director of Huaihua Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, attended and delivered a speech. The heads of the Science and Technology and Design Management Section, Construction Engineering Management Section, Housing Security Section, and Real Estate Industry Supervision and Management Service Section participated. Leaders in charge of prefabricated construction work in the residential construction departments of each county, city, Huaihua Economic Development Zone, and Huaihua High-tech Zone, and persons in charge and technicians of relevant units engaged in the construction, construction, design, drawing review, supervision, and consulting of prefabricated buildings, as well as persons in charge of the production base of prefabricated building components, and technical personnel attended the meeting.

Lu Anzhi pointed out that the development of prefabricated buildings is a transformation and transformation of the construction industry. Architecturalization and intelligentization are still in progress, and there are huge opportunities. Related departments at all levels should attach great importance to the promotion of prefabricated buildings. Relying on the industry-wide intelligent platform of prefabricated building conferences, we strive to solve the bottleneck problems of non-standard design, non-uniform production, non-universal components, non-sharing of information, non-standard construction, inadequate supervision, and high construction costs in the current development of prefabricated buildings, and improve the competitiveness and market share of prefabricated buildings.

The training session invited relevant experts from the China Academy of Building Research, an intelligent building platform research and development unit for the entire building industry chain, to give lectures, focusing on the application knowledge of intelligent building platforms.
