On the morning of November 24th, He Maoxie, Director of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Anhui Province, Fang Yanyong, Chief Engineer, and He Yiwen, Director of Science and Technology Department, went to the park to investigate the prefabricated construction work of the first phase of the residential project in Dongfang Jiu. Gong Jianyong, Deputy Mayor of Chuzhou City, Fan Hengjun, Director of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, Dai Yi, Deputy Director, and Zhou Renjun, Deputy Director of the Park Management Committee accompanied the investigation.

The first phase of Dongfang Jiuzhu is located at the intersection of Changzhou Road and Shuangcheng Road in the park. It is constructed by Suzhou High-tech (Chuzhou) Land Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jinpeng Construction Group Co., Ltd. The total construction area is 188,400 square meters, all buildings are fully covered by assembly, and the single assembly rate reaches 30%.

The main structure of the project uses an all-aluminum alloy formwork support system. Compared with the traditional wooden formwork support system, it not only has high construction efficiency and greatly shortens the construction period, but also has a good concrete forming effect after mold removal. At the same time, aluminum alloy materials can be recycled all the time, in line with national regulations on energy conservation, environmental protection, low carbon, and emission reduction in construction projects. The outer scaffolding adopts the flower basket pull rod cantilevering scaffolding process. This process does not require openings in the shear wall, which can effectively prevent water seepage in the outer wall and improve the quality of residential projects.

Director He and his party inspected the project comprehensively, carefully inspected the site, and listened to the on-site report of the project leader. They spoke highly of the prefabricated construction work of the project, fully affirmed the promotion of prefabricated buildings in the park, and expressed their interest in the construction and development of the Sino-Singapore Suchu High-tech Zone.
