Shaanxi Province holds the first prefabricated construction vocational skills training course

On November 18, the first Shaanxi Provincial Prefabricated Construction Vocational Skills Training Course hosted by Shaanxi Provincial Construction Special Operation Qualification Training Center opened in Xi'an. More than 40 trainees from the construction field of the province participated in the training.

Prefabricated buildings are green buildings and are the target direction of the reform and development of the national construction industry. The "14th Five-Year Plan" requires that the rate of prefabricated buildings reach 50% to 70%, but there is a shortage of prefabricated skilled workers in Shaanxi and even the country. The "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Industrialization of New Buildings" jointly issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and others clearly stated that it is necessary to accelerate the training of professional talents, cultivate skilled construction workers, and open up the path of professional development of construction workers.

The person in charge of the Shaanxi Provincial Construction Special Operation Qualification Training Center stated that the prefabricated construction skills training aims to accelerate the construction of prefabricated construction projects, improve the prefabricated building standard system, improve the quality of prefabricated construction projects, and develop the prefabricated construction industry, strengthen the construction of the talent team, and accumulate power for the high-quality development of the construction and assembly of our province.

After the opening ceremony, the participating leaders also observed the hoisting site of the training "Practical Operation Assessment Subjects". The trainees were energetic and practically learned various assembly skills under the guidance of the practical operation teacher.
