Wuhan City, Hubei Province Holds 2020 Prefabricated Building Promotion Work Conference

In order to ensure the completion of the 2020 prefabricated building goals and tasks, and to plan the next step forward, Wuhan Urban Construction Bureau recently organized the 2020 prefabricated building promotion meeting.

Participants first visited the integrated assembly construction project of the new rural construction of the eight village of Shamao Street, Hannan District, and listened to the introduction of the project. At the meeting, Xiao Meng, director of the Office of Building Energy Conservation in Wuhan, notified the completion of the city's 2020 prefabricated building targets. The person in charge of each district (development zone) separately reported the completion of the annual target and the next key work.

Liu Weiguo, chief engineer of Wuhan Urban Construction Bureau, requires that first, we must raise awareness and firmly establish the concept of green development; second, we must adhere to innovation-driven and promote the industrialization of new buildings; third, we must respect science, increase research and development efforts, and expand the prefabricated market; the fourth is to strengthen training and build a team of professional industrial workers; the fifth is to put people first and strengthen publicity and product experience; the sixth is to be the first to create a bright spot in the prefabricated construction industry.

The heads of the Energy Conservation Department and Energy Conservation Office of Wuhan Urban Construction Bureau, Wuhan Chedu Group Co., Ltd., China Construction Third Bureau Green Industry Investment Co., Ltd., Wuhan Construction Engineering Group, and Meihao Building Assembly Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.
