Preliminary progress has been made in prefabricated buildings in Anshun City, Guizhou Province

In recent years, Anshun City has always resolutely implemented the provincial party committee and the provincial government's major decision-making and deployment of "developing prefabricated buildings", adopted effective measures to vigorously promote the development of prefabricated buildings, and made preliminary progress.

One is to formulate policies and measures to promote the development of prefabricated buildings. The "Anshun City Vigorously Developing the Implementation Plan for Prefabricated Buildings" was formulated, focusing on supporting the development of prefabricated buildings from four aspects: development goals, key tasks, policy support, and safeguard measures. It is clear that the downtown of Anshun will be included in the active promotion area for the development of prefabricated buildings.

The second is to actively cultivate manufacturers of prefabricated parts for prefabricated buildings. At present, Guizhou Xinggui Hengyuan New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Guizhou Anshun Jiayu New Materials Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Hengke Construction Technology Co., Ltd. have cultivated three manufacturers of prefabricated building parts. It covers the production field of the main components of prefabricated buildings such as prefabricated walls, autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, and concrete prefabrication.

The third is to vigorously promote the construction of prefabricated construction projects. At present, there are 4 prefabricated construction projects in Anshun City, with a construction area of 162,000 square meters. Among them, there are 2 in Xixiu District, with a construction area of 66,000 square meters; 2 in the Economic Development Zone, with a construction area of 96,000 square meters. It has been rated as 3 prefabricated building demonstration projects, with a construction area of 147,000 square meters.
