The production and marketing matchmaking meeting for green building materials and prefabricated construction industry chain in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province was held

On the morning of November 19th, the Xiangtan City Green Building Materials and Prefabricated Construction Industry Chain Production and Sales Matchmaking Conference was held in Xiaoxiang Science and Technology Factors Market (Xiangtan Market). South Concrete Company signed contracts with 19 groups of companies including Shengji Trading in 4 rounds of on-site contracts, with a contract value of 1.057 billion yuan. Sponsored by the Xiangtan Municipal Government, Xiangxiang Municipal Government, Xiangtan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Xiangtan Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, Xiangtan Green Building Materials and Prefabricated Building Industry Chain Office hosted the production and marketing matchmaking meeting.

At the signing ceremony, South Concrete Company signed cement supply and marketing agreements with Shengji Trading, Shuangshun Building Materials, and Hongshang Economic and Trade respectively. Provincial Construction No. 3 Company and Feishanqi Technology signed an aluminum membrane board lease and sale agreement, and Siwei Technology signed a seismic support supply and marketing agreement. Zhuoyi Hi-Tech and Henan Construction Engineering No. 3 Company, Dongpeng Group, and Nobel Company have signed supply and marketing agreements for integrated decoration materials of 8 million yuan, 50 million yuan and 5 million yuan respectively. Juqiang Technology and Huimiao Building Materials, Yuhui Glass and Huapan Trading have signed supply and marketing agreements for float glass of 270 million yuan, 160 million yuan, and 30 million yuan respectively. The 19 groups of companies have signed contracts in 4 rounds, with a contract amount of 1.057 billion yuan.

Xiangtan City's green building materials and prefabricated construction industry chain was established in May 2019. As of the beginning of this year, there are 88 enterprises above designated size in the entire industry chain, with an output value of 8 billion yuan, driving investment in the building materials and prefabricated construction industries to 4.12 billion yuan. In 2020, among the newly built buildings in Xiangtan City, green building area will account for more than 50%, and green building materials will account for more than 40%.
