The construction of the first prefabricated building project in Zhongxian County, Chongqing is progressing smoothly

Recently, at the construction site of the second phase of the shantytown reconstruction project in Wuyang New District, Zhongxian Industrial Park, the construction site of the concentrated residential housing project.

The project covers an area of 131 mu, with a total construction area of 300,000 square meters. Newly-built housing and supporting commercial buildings and corresponding public works with complete supporting facilities are the first construction projects in Zhongxian that use prefabricated building materials (truss reinforced concrete laminated panels, also known as PC components). The project is divided into 7 bid sections for construction. At present, several bid sections have entered the site for construction, and some buildings have been built above the fifth floor.

According to reports, the truss reinforced concrete composite slab and the cast-in-situ concrete layer form an integral concrete slab, which can improve the project quality, functional quality and environmental quality of the residence to achieve the sustainable development of residential buildings.
