The construction of the first phase of the steel structure prefabricated building industrial park in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province was completed

Recently, the reporter walked into the construction site of the first phase of the Neijiang Steel Prefabricated Building Industrial Park and saw that a standard factory building of 51,000 square meters has been completed. It is understood that as of now, the project's factory building, living building, and office building have been completed, and equipment installation and decoration projects are underway. It is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year and start trial production.

Standard workshop completed

It is reported that the project is a key project in Sichuan Province and a key investment promotion project in Neijiang High-tech Zone. Neijiang City and Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment of a project company responsible for investment, construction and operation. The construction of the project is completed in three phases. The total area of the first phase of the project is about 186 mu. It includes a standard factory building with a single area of 51,000 square meters, 7 advanced steel structure parts production lines and various supporting facilities such as office complex and living complex.

After the project is completed, it will cover residential, public works, municipal bridges and other fields, and become the largest integrated steel structure manufacturing enterprise in Neijiang area. It can produce 51,000 tons of steel structure fabricated components every year, which will be able to meet the needs of 1 million square meters of housing construction by then, providing a strong guarantee for the development of steel structure buildings in Neijiang City. The construction of the project is in line with the trend of industrial structure adjustment, will vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Neijiang City, optimize the productivity structure, and have a strong driving and demonstrative effect on regional economic development, reform and opening up.
