The Prefabricated Building Materials Observation Meeting of Tongling City, Anhui Province was held in Yi'an Economic Development Zone

On the morning of November 13, the Tongling City Prefabricated Building Materials Observation Meeting was held in Yi'an Economic Development Zone, Tongling City. More than 80 people from the construction industry association of the city visited Anhui Guohong Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. to provide wall supporting aerated concrete panels and construction ready-mixed mortar production lines for prefabricated buildings.

At the site of the observation meeting, the participants learned about the production line of Anhui Guohong Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 300,000 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, 200,000 tons of ready-mixed mortar, and 100,000 cubic meters of wet-mixed mortar production lines. It is understood that Anhui Guohong Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the production of waste, energy-saving and environmentally friendly green new wall materials and ready-mixed mortar products. The total investment of the project is 160 million yuan. The thermal power generation of Guodian Tongling Power Generation Co., Ltd. will generate a large amount of surplus heat steam, fly ash, slag, and desulfurized gypsum as raw materials to realize resource recycling. The project is listed as a typical demonstration project for the development of circular economy and national energy conservation and emission reduction. The wet-mixed mortar production line was completed and put into operation in November 2017, and the autoclaved aerated concrete slab and block production line was put into operation in April 2019. At present, mortar and block products have covered Tongling and surrounding areas. The board products have been sold to Hefei, Chuzhou, Nanjing, Changzhou and other places.

The holding of this event has strengthened the exchange of experience in prefabricated construction between industry units, and gave full play to the leading role of prefabricated buildings, and played a good demonstration and leading role in strengthening the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
