Save 20% of energy consumption and shorten the construction period by 30%. Green prefabricated buildings will be promoted in Beijing's sub-center. Recently, Beitou Group and BBMG signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will cooperate in the practice of green development and innovation, apply a new building production mode-prefabricated buildings in urban renewal projects, create prefabricated demonstration buildings for urban sub-centers, and further contribute to the green development of cities.

This time, the two state-owned enterprises in Beijing will work together to promote prefabricated buildings in sub-center residential and commercial buildings. It is understood that by integrating the entire industrial chain of standardized design, factory production, and standardized installation, compared with traditional buildings, not only can it save about 20% of energy consumption, but it can also shorten the construction period by about 30%, and realize the improvement of building product quality, energy saving and environmental protection and maximum value of the whole life cycle.

In the future, on the construction sites of these demonstration projects in the sub-center, there will be no large piles of cement, bricks, and steel bars. Instead, steel columns, steel beams, diagonal supports, parts and components of prefabricated buildings are used. These building "parts" are processed in the factory workshop according to the design drawings, and then transported to the construction site for assembly and splicing.
