"Smart Site" in Gansu Province Leads Urban Green Construction

On the morning of November 10, 2020 "Gansu Province Safe and Civilized Construction Sites, Green Construction Sites, and Smart Construction Sites Creation Site Exchange Observation Meeting" was undertaken by the China Construction Fifth Bureau Third Construction Co., Ltd. The construction project (third bid section) of Area B of Rail·Urban Shuguang A District is located in the east of Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, with Donggang East Road in the north and Yuergou Road in the west. The total construction area is 89,572 square meters, including two high-rise office buildings, podiums and garages. After completion, it will be of great significance for intensive use of land, driving regional economic development, and promoting the sustainable development of the rail transit industry. It is a key construction project of Lanzhou Rail Transit Co., Ltd. and the third company of China Construction Fifth Bureau.

The third is the standardization of safe and civilized construction: integrated tool-type safety protection, aluminum alloy template and aluminum-wood combination technology, detachable post-pouring belt independent support technology, all-steel climbing frame, and rail-type unloading platform, Fully automatic hydraulic self-climbing distributing machine, non-curing waterproof technology, construction elevator channel integration, elevator shaft safe operation platform can be improved, BIM-based three-dimensional visualization of the bottom and other aspects to observe and exchange.
