The New Building Industrialization Technology Exchange Conference was successfully held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province

On November 10, the reporter learned from the Shenyang Urban and Rural Construction Bureau that the "New Building Industrialization Technology Exchange Conference and Vanke Capital Future City Demonstration Activity" with the theme of "Intelligent Construction Leading Quality Life" was held in Shenyang on the same day. This event was guided by the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Liaoning Province. It aims to promote the development of new construction industrialization and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading around the overall goal of high-quality development of the construction industry.

Since 2009, Shenyang has promoted the development of the modern construction industry with prefabricated buildings as the mainstay, and has successively become a modern construction industry pilot city, a modern construction industry demonstration city and the first batch of prefabricated construction demonstration cities. After more than ten years of development, a complete supporting policy and technical standard system has been formed. A number of local standards and specifications have been incorporated into national standards, and a number of measures and experiences have been replicated and promoted throughout the country. Especially since this year, the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau has promoted major real estate development companies to actively explore prefabricated building systems suitable for their own development through related activities such as "Ten Thousands Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises". Among them, Shenyang Vanke Capital Future City has now become a modern construction industrialization demonstration project, with a single assembly rate of 70%.

The reporter saw in the project that the construction site fully adopted Vanke's "5+2+X" prefabricated construction technology system. Among them, "5" is mainly reflected in project quality and cost control. In the project construction, aluminum molds, fabricated internal partition walls, full concrete exterior wall and external frames use self-elevating steel climbing frames, and various spaces, multi-specialties, and all-round interspersed construction. "2" is mainly reflected in shortening the construction period and saving labor costs, realizing prefabricated decoration and moderate prefabrication. Prefabricated decoration is mainly embodied in "building blocks". Moderate prefabrication not only controls the cost, but also achieves high quality standards. As for "X", there is a lot of room for play-designers and architects can effectively combine their ideas with new technologies, such as BIM-assisted design, building intelligence, artificial intelligence and assembly technology integration and development.

Li Ji, Deputy General Manager of Vanke Group Shenyang Branch, introduced: "The Future City project is fully committed to the construction of 5G smart construction sites in the'X' selection. The project smart management system includes 17 subsystems. Taking full advantage of 5G, through 17 subsystems, 5G drone inspections are realized, 5G+AI super A series of state-of-the-art construction site modern management technologies such as video surveillance, video AI identification, tower crane monitoring and visualization management, and green construction sites. We are the first to abandon rough houses and use full decoration, and are the first to overturn traditional construction methods. Real estate companies adopting residential industrialization technology."

The prefabricated building is the starting point, and the traditional construction model is gradually transformed from the model of'qualification + subcontracting + migrant workers' to a new construction model of'factory production + mechanized construction + information management'."
