Country Garden (Yunan) New Material Industry Base has a total area of about 650 mu. It is exclusively invested and constructed by Guangdong Hongye Pipe Pile Co., Ltd., and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the non-listed sector of Country Garden Group. It is the first batch of pipe pile manufacturers to obtain the "Guangdong Province Construction Industrial Product License" and an important part of the new building materials industry in Yunan County's "Three Ten Billion Industries".

The project plans to invest a total of 3 billion yuan to build 4 prestressed pipe pile production lines in about 3 years, with a production capacity of more than 8 million meters per year. Build 8 PC building pre-component production lines, 4 high-quality construction system lightweight wallboard material production lines, and other building component products totaling about 3 million square meters.

After the project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual output value will reach 3.5 billion yuan and the tax revenue will be 300 million yuan. It will become a large-scale new-type prefabricated building component industrial base in western Guangdong and form an industrial park with obvious industrial advantages and outstanding characteristics. Accelerate the promotion of industrial optimization and upgrading, drive the development of industrial clusters and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and provide sufficient, high-quality and environmentally-friendly infrastructure pipe pile materials for major infrastructure construction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and surrounding areas.
