On-site decryption of the "three-day one-story" technology for prefabricated buildings in Wuhan City, Hubei Province

In order to implement the concept of green development, explore the road to green development of the engineering construction industry, and improve the level of green construction of engineering projects, the 2020 Engineering Construction Industry Green Development Conference was held in Wuhan from November 4th to 6th. At the Green Development Forum, Zhang Kun, deputy general manager and chief engineer of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, shared the "Rapid Construction Technology of Vulcan Mountain Leishenshan Hospital" and explained the application of prefabricated building technology. In the green construction demonstration project sharing, Zhu Haijun, chief engineer of the Green Industry Investment Co., Ltd. of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, shared the "Prefabricated Reconstruction Project of Six Villages in Zhuankou, Wuhan". Taking the Zhuankou Six Villages project as an example, it shows how the core technology of efficient construction promotes the efficient development of prefabricated buildings. This project has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life since it refreshed the new speed of prefabricated buildings with "three days and one building" on June 19th.

At the Zhuankou Six Village Observation Meeting, the floor physical observation area, from the static display of the process model and the delivery model to the operation display of each flow section of the operation layer. The intuitive picture allows the construction site "Xiaobai" to intuitively and quickly understand how to build a house by "building blocks".

In the component pre-assembly model exhibition area, the PC component pre-assembly model and the sandwich exterior wall production mold table are neatly displayed. The display area vividly shows how to build a house like building blocks. It is a "rehearsal" of the physical assembly of the contents of the construction drawings and a "technical clarification" to the on-site operators.

Entering the safety education experience hall, "black technology" makes safety education no longer boring. Safety knowledge learning has reward answering machines, touch-type voice identification learning machines, safety training multimedia toolboxes, etc. It has changed the traditional safety education and training and safety knowledge presentation based on course infusion, interactive and immersive experience, and helped on-site operators to understand and learn safety knowledge more thoroughly.

According to reports, the Zhuankou Six Villages project uses prefabricated building design, production, and construction of the entire industrial chain integration and BIM technology application. The prefabricated climbing frame aluminum membrane system is adopted to minimize construction waste and dust pollution, and implement the "efficient, smart, and green" construction concept. Zhuankou Six Villages project has realized the first domestic prefabricated building "three-day one-story building", and won the "Wuhan Top Ten Smart Construction Sites" and the "Ten Excellent Construction Sites" in Wuhan Economic Development Zone. "Efficient, Smart and Green" construction is worthy of the name.

It is reported that the Zhuankou Six Villages project is located at the intersection of Zhuankou Road and Wanjiahu Road in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is the largest prefabricated housing project in Hubei Province. The project was constructed by the China Construction Third Bureau Green Industry Investment Co., Ltd. using the EPC model, with a total construction area of 803,000 square meters, an assembly rate of 56.2%, and a total of 29 residential buildings. After construction, 5681 residents will be provided with affordable housing.
