18 projects in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province have adopted prefabricated construction methods

According to the Harbin prefabricated construction site promotion conference held a few days ago, since 2019, 18 projects in Harbin have adopted prefabricated construction methods, with a construction area of about 1.68 million square meters, of which all shed renovation projects have adopted prefabricated construction methods. 

Prefabricated building refers to a building formed by prefabricated components or parts produced in a factory, assembled and connected at the construction site. Compared with cast-in-situ buildings, a part of the beams, columns and slabs that were originally cast-in-place are produced in the factory, then transported to the site for assembly, and cast on-site to form a complete building.

It is understood that there are 8 PC component manufacturers in Harbin City, with a total of 5 laminated board production lines, nearly 200 mold tables, and an annual production capacity of 550,000 cubic meters, which can meet the construction area demand of nearly 3 million square meters. A reinforced masonry block production line can meet the demand of nearly 300,000 square meters of construction area.

Among them, 3 enterprises including Heilongjiang Provincial Construction Investment Group are national prefabricated construction industry bases.
