Yueyang City, Hunan Province: Strive to form a relatively complete prefabricated building industry chain of 100 billion yuan by 2025

On November 7th, the reporter walked into the construction site of the Yueyang Zhongfu Hangxiao Green Steel Structure Prefabricated Building Industrial Park. The reporter couldn't help but wonder: Building a house is like a pile of wood, and there is no dust and dirt in the construction, and no noise to disturb the people. It is understood that this is the first park in China to adopt layered assembly to support the steel frame structure system. The park is driving a "green building" industrial innovation and becoming a beautiful business card for Yueyang to build a technological innovation highland with core competitiveness.

This year, Yueyang City is committed to being the vanguard in the creation of the "three highlands" in the province. The prefabricated construction industry with an industrial foundation will be included in the "12+1" emerging advantageous industry chain, and full support will be given in terms of land supply, plot ratio incentives, and tax and fee concessions. The 17 municipal departments have streamlined 72 relevant examination and approval items to 47, and optimized the business environment. At present, the key enterprises in the industry chain have expanded from 16 to 34, and the number of industrial bases has grown to 9, which has emerged as a new force in the industry.

In order to increase scientific and technological innovation, Yueyang City formed a prefabricated building and new building materials industry alliance, deployed the enterprise in 12 industrial parks and high-tech zones, and hired 4 technical teams from Tsinghua University and Tongji University to join the technical research. Attract leading companies such as Kaibo Hangxiao, Zhongfu Hangxiao, and Oriental Yuhong to participate in independent innovation. This year, the city's first-level construction companies have invested more than 255 million yuan in research and development funds, 13 building materials companies have been awarded the green building materials star label, and 4 projects have been selected as provincial-level construction industry new technology and green construction application demonstration projects. Broad Group's patented products such as modular components for hospital wards have been sold to South Korea and other places across the sea.

Since the beginning of this year, Yueyang City has implemented 2.134 million square meters of prefabricated buildings, with an output value of 5.827 billion yuan. 42 projects have been put into production, with a total investment of over 33 billion yuan. The city is formulating the "14th Five-Year" development plan for prefabricated buildings, striving to form a relatively complete prefabricated building industry chain of 100 billion yuan by 2025, and become a new engine for Yueyang's high-quality development.
