The first high-assembly rate residential project undertaken by Guangxi Construction Engineering completed the supply

Dadu Qinyuan, located in the Chengzhong District of Liuzhou City, is the first batch of prefabricated pilot commercial housing projects in Liuzhou, and it is also the first residential project with high assembly rate undertaken by Guangxi Construction Engineering Company. Recently, the main structure of all the buildings of the Dadu Qinyuan project has been capped, and all the prefabricated components produced by Guangxi Construction Engineering Company have been supplied.

The assembly rate of single prefabrication of Dadu Qinyuan building is not less than 50%. It is a prefabricated concrete shear wall structure. Guangxi Construction Company supplied 4,884.54 cubic meters of prefabricated components for the four buildings of the project. These components include prefabricated laminated panels and prefabricated stairs in the prefabricated building "three-board system" popularized by the autonomous region and Liuzhou, as well as vertical components such as prefabricated bay windows, prefabricated exterior walls, and prefabricated shear walls.

The successful completion of the supply of the project has accumulated valuable experience for Guangxi Construction Engineering Company in the production, quality control, and delivery of prefabricated components for residential projects, established a model for the promotion of prefabricated commercial housing projects in Liuzhou City, and promoted the development of  prefabricated buildings Industrial in Liuzhou City.
