At about 19:00 on the evening of November 2, the construction site of the Zhongjian Yipin Xinyuan project in the Yangluo Economic Development Zone, Xinzhou District, Wuhan City was busy. Since the fourth quarter, the construction of the project has entered the stage of sprinting to determine the victory.

Located at the intersection of Yuanmeng North Road and Jinfa Avenue in Yangluo Economic Development Zone, the Zhongjian Yipin Xinyuan project is the only prefabricated property exchange house project in Yangluo Economic Development Zone. It is also a key livelihood housing construction project in Yangluo Economic Development Zone, which is used for directional docking of housing acquisition and resettlement for key district-level projects such as Wuhan Yangluo New Town Center. The project covers a total area of approximately 65,000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 197,000 square meters. Among them, residential buildings are approximately 163,500 square meters, and public facilities are approximately 6508.3 square meters. After the project is completed, it will be purchased by the government in a unified manner, mainly for targeted assistance to 1,611 households in Huayuan Village, Honggang Village, Jiebu Village, and Chaibo Village in Yangluo District. In order to improve the current situation of rural tiled houses with leaking rain on the roof and drowning winds, help them realize their new homes.

Project leader Teng Chunliang introduced that 2020 is a year of resolute victory in poverty alleviation. In order to help local villagers realize early relocation and realize their new homes, the project has been working hard since the epidemic. All 9 high-rise main structures have been completed at the end of July. At present, exterior wall coating, indoor plastering, roof insulation, outdoor rain and sewage pipe network laying, and basement masonry are under full construction. The completion acceptance will be carried out by the end of December and the house will be delivered before June 30 next year.
