On October 30, the prefabricated building in Baoan District, Shenzhen, the site observation activity "Green Intelligence, Quality Improvement and Efficiency", was held in the Baoan 39 District Haile Garden Shantytown Renovation Project undertaken by the Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Third Bureau No. 1 Company.

This project is the first residential shantytown reconstruction project in Shenzhen. In recent years, Shenzhen Bao'an District has closely followed the national strategy and has promoted the rapid development of the green building industry. As of the third quarter of 2020, the proportion of prefabricated building area in Baoan District has exceeded 30% of the newly built building area, and the proportion of key development areas in the Airport New City and Baoan Central District has exceeded 40%. The total amount of prefabricated construction projects temporarily ranks first in the city. The prefabricated building area of Bao'an District has increased from 750,000 square meters in 2018 to 4.62 million square meters in 2020, showing a high multiple of quality and quantity development.
