Zhang Xiaohai, deputy director of Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, investigates China Construction Green Industrial Park

On October 28, Zhang Xiaohai, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong Province, led a team to China Construction Green Industrial Park (Jinan) to investigate the development of prefabricated business. They visited the building industrial chemical factory, the new green formwork factory, the curtain wall industry base, and the building construction safety and prefabricated construction experience education base.

After the visit, the research team came to the industrial park for discussion and exchanges. Participants from various units conducted in-depth discussions on how construction companies, Internet technology companies, industry associations (academics), and scientific research institutions can promote the coordinated development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization, and build an Internet platform for construction industrialization. 

Zhang Xiaohai spoke highly of the companies participating in this survey and praised the China Construction Green Industrial Park (Jinan) as the best example of the industrialization of the construction industry. He also emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the industrialization, digitalization, networking and intelligentization of the construction industry, and continue to promote the coordinated development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization in Shandong Province.

It is understood that China Construction Green Industrial Park (Jinan) is located in the National Mingshui Economic Development Zone in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City. It is invested and constructed by a company of the Eighth Bureau of China Construction, focusing on the production and construction of green building products such as prefabricated building components, aluminum alloy templates, climbing frames, integrated computer rooms, and high-level curtain walls. The products can cover Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong and other provinces and cities. It is an important engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry and the high-quality development of enterprises. It will be built as a training base for construction labor workers of China Construction Eighth Engineering Co., Ltd.
