The first Harbin prefabricated construction worker skills competition ended, 68 contestants demonstrated their professional skills

On October 30, Harbin's first prefabricated construction staff skills competition came to an end. The competition is jointly sponsored by the Harbin Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. The aim is to further cultivate talents with prefabricated construction skills through the selection of competitions, stimulate the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and at the same time promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Harbin, improve quality and efficiency.

Participants conduct practical assessment

It is understood that the first competition attracted 17 teams and 68 players from 10 companies in the city, including Heilongjiang Provincial Construction Engineering Group, the Second Public Administration of China Communications Construction, and Vanke Sutong Construction Team. The competition lasts for two days and is divided into theoretical assessment and practical assessment. The actual operation assessment is divided into three competitions: the production of precast concrete components, the grouting of precast concrete components, and the disassembly and assembly of aluminum alloy formwork.
