Industrial Agglomeration in Guizhou Province: Leading the transformation and upgrading of architectural modernization

In recent years, Guizhou Province has accelerated the construction of prefabricated building components and parts and components supporting capabilities, forming a production capacity of 450,000 cubic meters of prefabricated concrete components, 280,000 tons of prefabricated steel structural components, and 8 industrial bases. Among them, 7 are at the national level, with a total of about 4 million square meters of prefabricated buildings under construction and planned in the province.

At the end of September, all buildings of the first phase of Huawei's Gui'an Cloud Data Center project have completed the main construction and stepped up the renovation work. Part of the main structure of Huawei Cloud Data Center uses prefabricated concrete structures.

"Huawei Cloud Data Center will be built into a data center integrating tourism, research and learning." Gao Jun, leader of Huawei Cloud Data Center project, said that the project construction has extremely high requirements for fire protection, building materials quality, and construction efficiency compared to traditional buildings.

Guizhou Changtong Prefabricated Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changtong Building Materials), which has a fully automated prefabricated concrete structure production line in Guizhou, produces ALC (autoclaved aerated concrete) panels for their light, thin, energy-saving, efficient, convenient, and fire-safe properties, Which can meet Huawei's requirements for data center construction. Taking fire resistance as an example, a 100mm thick wall has a fire resistance of more than 4 hours and belongs to Class A fire protection material. Since the construction of Huawei Cloud Data Center, Changtong Building Materials has provided 7,800 square meters of prefabricated building materials.

At present, as a symbol of the modernization of the construction industry, prefabricated buildings aim to achieve energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, and maximum value throughout the life cycle. With the characteristics of standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, integrated decoration and management informationization, it is gradually being promoted and used in Guizhou Province.

On June 12, the first large-scale prefabricated high-rise building project in Guizhou Province-the first bid section of the civil construction (including prefabricated buildings) of the resettlement housing project in Shangjian, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, undertaken by the first company of China Construction Third Bureau, was completed. The assembly area is about 70,000 square meters, and the assembly rate reaches 62%. This project has won honors such as "Green Building and Key Special Demonstration Project of Building Industrialization in the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Program".

On September 19, the Xifeng PC Plant of China State Construction Technology Prefabricated Construction Industry Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. Through five production lines including laminated panels, wall panels, and steel bars, it has formed an annual output of 500,000 square meters of wall panels and 150,000 cubic meters of components, with an annual output value of up to 1 billion yuan.
