The construction of the first post-doctoral workstation in the field of prefabricated construction industry was signed in Huaihua City, Hunan Province

On the morning of October 23, the signing ceremony of cooperation between Hunan Justsun Construction Technology Co., Ltd. and Tongji University's corrugated web H-shaped steel PEC beam (thin-wall steel composite column) and post-doctoral workstation construction was held. Chen Yiyi, professor and doctoral supervisor of Tongji University, and Liu Xinxiang, chairman of Hunan Justsun Construction Technology Co., Ltd., signed the contract on behalf of both parties. Relevant persons in charge from Huaihua Municipal Government, Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, Hecheng District Government, District Science and Technology Bureau, and Hecheng Industrial Concentration Zone participated.

Hunan Justsun Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012 and is located in Hecheng Industrial Concentration Zone. It is committed to pursuing the most advanced prefabricated building systems and new building materials. In 2015, Jiasheng Construction introduced Broad Residential and established Huaihua Broad Construction Industry Co., Ltd. In 2019, Huaihua Broad Construction Industry Co., Ltd. was established as a provincial prefabricated construction industry base. In the same year, Justsun Construction introduced the world's most advanced corrugated web H-shaped steel products and production lines, pushing the cost control of steel structure buildings to a new level.

In recent years, the Hecheng District Committee and District Government have attached great importance to the development of the prefabricated construction industry, and the prefabricated industrial cluster represented by Shengli Precision, Jiasheng Construction, Huaihua Broad and Dading Steel Structure has initially formed in the Hecheng Industrial Concentration Zone. At present, there are 4 prefabricated construction companies and 8 industrial chain companies. In 2019, the total industrial chain of prefabricated construction achieved an output value of 4.7 billion yuan. With the signing of this construction cooperation agreement, the two parties jointly set up a mobile post-doctoral workstation in Huaihua City to jointly cultivate high-quality talents for the R&D center. Jiasheng Construction will rely on the scientific research platform of Tongji University, with technological innovation as the core, and use the most advanced technology and products to accelerate the high-quality development of the prefabricated construction industry in Huaihua City.
