Inner Mongolia Ordos' first prefabricated construction project unveiled in Zhungar Banner

On October 15th, with the official hoisting of the underground passage project located in the South Outer Ring Road of Zhungeer Banner, it marked the smooth start of the first prefabricated construction project in Ordos City.

In order to solve the problem of residents crossing the street in Zhungeer Banner No. 3 Middle School and nearby residents, an underground passage was set up on the southwest side of the school gate. The length of the main channel of this project is 34.5 meters. Due to strict requirements on construction period and project quality, the project adopts a prefabricated construction method. After the completion of the basic project, the hoisting will be officially lifted on October 15, and the project will be completed and put into use on November 30. This is the first successful application of Zhongduo Yuanda's prefabricated underground passage technology in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

On July 3, 2018, the "Implementation Plan for the Development of Prefabricated Buildings in Ordos" was officially released, clarifying the development goals of prefabricated buildings. Zhungeer Banner actively responds to the national call for "green and environmental protection" and takes the lead in adopting prefabricated construction methods in underground passage projects. It not only solved the tight schedule of the project, but also solved the problem that the project site is limited and not suitable for the construction of larger projects. At the same time, the refined production of the factory has laid a good foundation for the improvement of project quality and later operation.

The underground passage project of Zhungeer Banner No. 3 Middle School adopts a prefabricated construction method. The main structure of the project is centrally prefabricated in the prefabricated construction industrial park in Helinger County. After standardized production and processing are completed, it is directly transported to the project construction site, and professionally trained industrial workers complete the construction processes such as hoisting, installation, and on-site secondary pouring, greatly improve engineering efficiency. The whole process of project construction adopts BIM technology to realize the scientific management of the whole process of prefabricated underground passage from design, factory prefabrication to on-site hoisting construction to later operation and maintenance. The implementation of the project, as the first prefabricated construction project in Ordos City, will surely play a leading and exemplary role and drive the development of construction industrialization in the entire region.
