The first three-star steel structure prefabricated building in Qingdao City, Shandong Province passed the pre-evaluation

Recently, the Qingdao Building Energy Conservation and Industrialization Development Center organized experts to conduct a pre-evaluation of the assembly rate of the Green Angel (Laixi) High-tech Industrial Park office area project. After review and calculation by the expert group, the design single building assembly rate of the project is 91%. The project adopts prefabricated construction measures such as steel columns, steel supports, steel beams, reinforced truss floor decks, non-bearing walls and non-masonry, and integration of retaining walls and thermal insulation decoration, etc., and the design meets the three-star prefabricated building project certification standards. This project is the first prefabricated construction project in Laixi City and the first three-star pre-assessed prefabricated construction project in Qingdao City.
