CCCC Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei prefabricated industrial base puts into operation

A few days ago, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei prefabricated industrial base of CCCC Prefabricated Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, and construction of the shield tunnel segment plant for the Beijing East Sixth Ring Reconstruction Project undertaken by the base began.

CCCC Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Prefabricated Industrial Base is the first innovative green intelligent manufacturing comprehensive industrial base built by CCCC Prefabricated Building Technology Co., Ltd. It is located in the Industrial Park of Dacheng County, Langfang, Hebei, 100 kilometers away from Beijing, 60 kilometers away from Tianjin, 55 kilometers away from Xiong'an New District, with Jinshi Expressway in the south and Beijing-Taiwan Expressway in the west. It covers a total area of 317 acres and has a concrete mixing workshop, a segment, production workshop, a segment hydroponic area, a segment storage area and a technology research and development center integrating design, research and development, and testing.

"It is not easy to build the largest green and intelligent comprehensive assembly-type industrial base in North China," said Xiao Kelin, the head of the base. In order to achieve intelligent operation, the base has cooperated with top domestic digital construction platform companies to jointly develop a digital management platform for smart factories and conduct real-time big data analysis. 

"The shield tunnel segment used in the Beijing East Sixth Ring Reconstruction Project has an outer diameter of 15.4 meters, is about 6 stories high, and has a wall thickness of 0.65 meters. It is currently the largest diameter shield segment in North China." According to Zhang Xiang, the person in charge of the shield tunnel segment factory of the Beijing East Sixth Ring Reconstruction Project, the segments are made of C60 reinforced concrete, with an impermeability grade of P12, which is twice that of conventional cement products, and the designed service life is 100 years.

Zhang Xiang introduced that the shield segment is the main assembly component of shield construction and the permanent lining structure of the shield tunnel. The quality of the shield segment is directly related to the overall quality and safety of the tunnel, and affects the waterproof performance and durability of the tunnel. "Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Reconstruction Project starts from Jingha Expressway interchange in the south to Luyuan North Street in the north, with a total length of about 16 kilometers. Among them, CCCC Tunnel Bureau undertook the construction of Section 4, which mainly includes tunnel construction such as shield tunneling and other civil works. "

In order to ensure production quality, the large-scale "Intelligent Brain Center" of the base can connect different equipment and systems to realize real-time online data such as personnel, equipment, materials, steel bar processing, concrete mixing, segment production, and stacking. The system also gives each prefabricated component a unique "ID card", monitors every link of production, and conducts intelligent analysis and dynamic management during the production process.

It is understood that in the next two to three years, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei prefabricated industrial base will gradually increase the annual production capacity to 400,000 cubic meters of concrete in accordance with the needs of coordinated development and construction of the three places. It plays an important role in the construction of road traffic, rail transit, integrated pipe corridors, urban squares, water supply, drainage, power supply, natural gas, heating, and civil air defense in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It has gradually become the most competitive technological innovation and high-standard demonstration production base in the field of prefabricated construction in the country.
